Bevin and Shadow> ;;they teamed up to get a small holiday spread ready for the ones that wanted to celebrate the turning of the year. The meal included: a full prime rib with loaded baked potatoes, candied fingerling carrots, broccoli with hollandaise sauce, cinnamon wine cooked pears, onion popovers, herbed and honey butters, huge cheese tray and bowls of fresh fruit, Haggis, colcannon,scones of all varieties, a roast goose with chestnut-mushroom stuffing and cranberry sauce, a spiral sliced honey glazed ham with sweet potato casserole and a whole table full of sweets, cakes pies and puddings some as big as a small tire and blazing with rum sauce
